POLY SEALS
The Poly Seal is a squeeze-type seal which provides an even load of pressure on the seal lips, allowing for an effective seal at very low pressures.

As pressure increased, the lip loading is automatically increased to compensate so that the seal can continue to maintain a strong, leak-free fit. At lower pressures, they are more effective than conventional U-Cups, which are more prone to leaking under such conditions. There are a few types available, all of which we carry. Standard Poly Seals are square and are suitable for a wide variety of rod and piston applications. Deep Poly Seals on the other hand are rectangular. Their added height improves stability for heavy duty applications wherein they will have to endure high levels of shock. Finally, Type B Poly Seals add a back bevel lip to the Deep Poly Seal design, aligning the seal interface near the centerline of the o-ring to provide increased squeeze, which in turn raises the level of stability.
